A Warm Welcome From Press Placed

So , this is probably the first blog post I am gonna write completely by hand.

What Is PressPlaced.com ?

It is basically a collection of website owners who want to increase their rankings by increasing their referring domain count. I think thats the easiest way to describe what this is. Network of websites to link to and in exchange get links from.

Why is it called Press Placed ?

I wanted the name to have a press release sort of connotation to it because this entire system works as a distribution hub for website owners to get their press release pieces (guest posts) placed on other websites. Press placed in short.

Why was it created ?

I am (creator of this web app) a publisher and owner of a few websites and I realized unless you pay for some spammy ass , expired domain converted pbn links (although I can't say they don't work ), there is not many actual cost effective (let alone free) and sustainable ways of getting backlinks.

Of course you might chose to spam old blog posts with links in the comments but soon you will realize you are the 1000th person to discover this and the link equity has been diluted so much that it makes more sense not to put a link to your website there.

Another way I found is to send emails to domain owners and ask for guest posting opportunities which gets messy fast because of the number steps involved and the amount of organization required and in terms of the time it takes... To me that is not a way I would prefer if I had an alternative..

There is an alternative , even though not free , paying for actual backlinks via link inserts (niche edits) or guest posts. If you have signed up for any of the major link marketplaces you will soon be shocked at the costs involved , a single link from a semi-premium publication might cost you your entire budget for the month.

So is that it ? Isn't there another alternative ? Yea there are some forums and subreddits but again the process is messy - get to know people - get their site lists - constant back and forths and negotiations , manual verifications and checks it becomes a job on its own on top of what you need to do (as a solo founder/entrepreneur). That is really inconvenient.

But still backlinks are required if you have ANY competition in your niche at all. You need those referring domains , you need a constant INFLUX of them or more than your competitor. If you need those good rankings.

So thats why I built pressplaced.com , it simplifies the entire process by doing all the manual work for you , verifying sites , getting metrics , allowing you to sort by metrics + relevancy to your own niche , simplifying the negotiation process to "ACCEPT" or "REJECT" and it shows you what you need published and in turn what YOU need to publish on your site.
